Order Policies - Australian and New Zealand Consumer Laws
Our policies cannot exclude any consumer rights and warranties, granted in Australia or New Zealand under the respective Consumer laws of each Country.

Our team comprises of an executive committee executive that oversees the operational activities and running of the club. Full contact details for each role are provided on our website.
Our products are usually dispatched by Australia Post within two business days of your order.
○ Australia - Our postal service usually takes about 5-10 business days to anywhere in Australia.
If you require products more urgently please specify and we will provide advice if there is an additional cost for freight.
○ International - orders are sent airmail and usually take 10-20 days.
○ New Zealand - Our postal service usually takes about 3-7 days
○ We will send you the tracking number if this is provided.
If you are an International customer we are not responsible for, nor can we offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urge you to consult your local government import office with any questions.
Stock shortages and fulfilment:
We endeavour to have most items in inventory however sometimes products are not available in a size or colour requested. Our website will indicate in most case where there is insufficient inventory.
We will contact you within three business days of your order if we cannot fulfil the exact requirement and you can either change the order, leave the item on backorder or cancel it as required.
Our prices are shown in Australian Dollars with GST inclusive pricing. Our website does allow us to add GST, but as we are not registered for GST and do not claim the input tax we have calculated the prices as GST inclusive at the e-commerce checkout.
Refund and Exchange Policy:
If anything in your order arrives damaged or is defective, please give us a call and then return the defective item immediately and we will send you a replacement. If you are unhappy with our products, simply return them to us, and we will refund your full purchase price. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the e-commerce document with your return, and wrap the package securely.

Other Payment Options:
If you are unsure about using your credit card online through our SSL secured gateway, contact us and we will send you a printable order form which you can then use through regular mail services. No credit card details are stored on our site and all data is deleted after processing. We will accept personal cheques and even cash, gold and silver at our club on Sunday afternoons during the sailing season. We will ship when personal cheques have cleared. The club has a cash till on Sunday afternoons during the sailing season and e-way facilities on site.
