Notes:
- All those taking part at Saratoga Sailing Club do so at their own risk and responsibility. Saratoga Sailing Club Inc. or its officers are not responsible for any damage or injury either ashore or afloat, or for the seaworthiness of any boat sailing.
- Members must arrange their own insurances. Boats stored on the Clubs premises are NOT covered by any Club insurance. Boats sailing on club events MUST have current insurance and policy number and insurer details will be requested.
- Boat storage is limited and is available to financial Club members dependent on availability and is solely at the discretion of the Club committee. Active racing boats will be given priority. The Club is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to stored boats.
- The Club committee must approve all new membership application before membership is granted. The same applies to any boat storage requests.

I am the parent or guardian of the above applicant and declare that they are able to swim at least 50 meters unassisted and are capable of taking care of themselves ashore and in the water under normal circumstances. I understand that they MUST wear an approved buoyancy jacket whist sailing and I accept full responsibility for their safety whilst undertaking Club activities. I further acknowledge the conditions mentioned in the Notes above.
